Overview

DPMI provides Diploma in Catering Management which is aimed at preparing candidates for an immediate career in the catering industry after completing the course. This course can be pursued by the students after clearing 12th grade examinations. This one-year course gives students in-depth practical training in culinary operations, menu planning, food safety, event catering and hospitality management, through direct “hands-on” training in the form of internships and live catering events. The students receive training in the niches of culinary operations, food preparation and service management, where they will also learn the professional operating standards and guidelines that have been established, methods of improving operational efficiency, and the creative presentation methods of food. Upon completion of this course, all graduates will have all the necessary tools to be able to manage and operate a catering business in any type of venue with extreme confidence and professionalism
