It is the behavior of a person which is a result of his/her various interactions with individuals, group members, neighbors, other interactions on social media, etc.
It is a process in which people evolve to become more responsible, leading to having a healthy and wealthy social life without the impact of egoism.
Social dynamics bring people’s ideas together for a change in different situations.

Every person has different skills but one of the most important skills is the “Communication skills” in which they interact and share information with others.

For good communicators, they must be:

Active Listening– It is as important as speaking and is the key to developing good communication skills. Active listening is not just an understanding of spoken or written information, but also an understanding of how the speaker feels during communication.

Straight Talking-A friendly conversation with colleagues can build mutual trust and can detect problems before they become serious.

Non-Verbal Communication-The Non-verbal signals like gestures, body language, eye contact attitude, facial expressions, tone of voice, etc. Developing the ability to understand others and use nonverbal signals will help connect with others, express their feelings, meet challenging situations and build better relationships.

Stress Management-Sometimes stress can be very useful and encouraging for work. When stress becomes constant, it can affect communication, clarity of opinion, and appropriate behavior of a person. Under stress, it indicates that a person misunderstands others, sends confusing nonverbal signals, and uses funny patterns of behavior.
Emotional Control- Emotions like anger, sorrow, joy, fear, etc can affect communication skills. The control of emotions helps you to understand yourself and others.
